The draft agreements were sent to the state Presidency. They provide for the extradition of persons accused or convicted of corruption, organised crime and money laundering with prison sentences of four years or more.
The documents also provide for extradition in cases of crimes which carry prison sentences of ten years or more.
The drafts do not provide for extradition in cases of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes or crimes committed before the agreements are signed.
Amendments to the extradition agreement with Macedonia were also sent to the Presidency.
Until now, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia had an agreement on the recognition and execution of final sentences based on which people like Croatian politician Branimir Glavas, who was convicted in Croatia but fled to Bosnia, had to serve their sentence in Bosnia.
