(Hina) - The Energy Law and the Law Regulating Energy
Activities were passed by the Croatian parliament on Friday, thus
empowering the subjects in the energy sector to decide on prices of
their projects with the prior approval from the Croatian Energy
Regulatory Agency (HERA), while so far it has been the government that
has had a final say in determining the prices of electricity and other
energy products.
