ZAGREB7NEW YORK, June 7
(Hina) - In his address to the United
Nations Security Council, the chief prosecutor of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Serge Brammertz,
in New York on Thursday talked about problems in cooperation with
former Yugoslav countries and underlined that the only two remaining
issues were Serbia's unsatisfactory results in the investigation
against those who aided and abetted ICTY fugitives and Bosnia's
failure to prosecute war crimes suspects for whom his offices had
forwarded material to the authorities in Bosnia.
