ZAGREB, May 31
(Hina) - The Office of the County Prosecutor in Sisak
has dropped charges against Borislav Mikelic for war crimes committed
against civilians in Petrinja in the early 1990s, citing lack of
evidence. Mikelic was sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment in his
absence in 1993.
