(Hina) - Witness Katalin Tamas, MOL's representative
in negotiations with Croatia on the divestiture of INA's gas business,
on Friday told the Zagreb County Court that the negotiations had been
launched because it had been strategically important for the Croatian
government to acquire gas storage facilities and ensure the country's
energy independence.
