SARAJEVO, May 7
(Hina) - The Council of Europe secretary-general,
Thorbjorn Jagland, has warned the authorities in Bosnia and
Herzegovina that the international community will deem all the
forthcoming elections in that country unlawful unless Sarajevo
enforces the 2009 judgement of the European Court of Human Rights
whereby Bosnia is required to eliminate all the election legislation
provisions that are discriminatory against ethnic minorities.
