"Any change to the Dayton peace agreement without the previous consent of the three constituent peoples and the two entities would cause tectonic disruptions," Dacic said in Banja Luka.
He said the international community unlawfully gave Kosovo independence while at the same time wanting the unitarisation of Bosnia which would lead to the disappearance of Republika Srpska.
"That's unacceptable to Serbia and no government in Serbia will agree to something like that," Dacic said.
