BELGRADE, May 3
(Hina) - Boris Tadic, the leader of the Democratic
Party who is running for Serbia's president for the second consecutive
term, is slightly ahead of his main rival Tomislav Nikolic of the
strongest opposition Serb Progressive Party (SNS), according to an
opinion poll conducted ahead of the general and presidential elections
to be held on Sunday, the Belgrade "Danas" daily newspaper reported on
Thursday.
