CASABLANCA, Dec 14 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Nikica Valentic
met for separate talks in Casablanca today with Turkish President
Suleyman Demirel and Kazakh Vice President Eric Hasanbayev.
Valentic is participating in the seventh summit of the
Organization of the Islamic Conference in Casablanca.
The talks with the Turkish leader focused on the situation in
Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina and bilateral relations between
Croatia and Turkey.
"The two countries share views on how to solve the crisis in
Bosnia-Herzegovina," Valentic said.
Demirel supported Croatian views on the Republic of Bosnia-
Herzegovina and the Croat-Moslem Federation.
The talks with the Kazakh vice president concentrated on
political and economic cooperation between the two countries.
Valentic said Croatia would soon send a charge d'affaires to
Kazakhstan's capital, Alma Ata.
Valentic also had brief meetings with King Hassan II of
Morocco, Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Buto and Iranian Foreign
Minister Ali Akbar Velayati.
