ZAGREB, Nov 2, (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Government
Office for Displaced People and Refugees, Adalbert Rebic today
received a delegation of the Japanese Government International
Cooperation Centre, led by Shunsuke Nakamura.
They signed a memorandum on the Japanese Government financing
the construction of a refugee centre for some 1000 displaced
people, the Croatian Public Relations office said today in a
statement.
The refugee centre is to be built in Mala Gorica, an
unoccupied village in the Serb rebel-held municipality of Petrinja
(50kms south east of Zagreb). The village is to built near the
displaced peoples' homes in Petrinja.
