SARAJEVO, June 14 (Hina) - "The Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia
still exists, because it is a community that emerged from the
resistance to the Serbian aggression. It will exist until all the
functions of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina have been
established," Croatian President Tudjman told a press conference
after the talks with President Izetbegovic on Tuesday.
The two presidents discussed bilateral relations, defence from
the aggressor and the establishment of the federation in Bosnia-
Herzegovina and its link in a confederation with Croatia.
President Tudjman said Herzeg-Bosnia should not "just die out"
but should be completely integrated into the Federation.
President of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina Alija
Izetbegovic said that all answers about Herzeg-Bosnia were
contained in the agreement on interim arrangements until the
establishment of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
"These arrangements say quite clearly that all the existing
government institutions in Bosnia-Herzegovina will remain until the
Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina has been fully established,"
Izetbegovic said.
