VIENNA, May 7 (Hina) - In the U.S. embassy in Vienna delegations of
Croats and Moslems-Bosniacs resumed their talks on the
implementation of the Washington agreements at about 15:00 hrs
Saturday. The Croat and Moslem-Bosniac delegations were led by
Croatian foreign minister, Mate Granic, and Bosnian prime minister,
Haris Silajdzic respectively. The talks would concentrate on the
appointment of the first president and prime minister of the
Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina as well as on the cantons'
boundaries.
Upon his arrival in the Austrian capital Croatian minister
Granic said that they would also consider confederative connections
between the Federation of B-H and the Republic of Croatia.
A member of the Moslem-Bosniac delegation, Ejub Ganic, who is
also a member of the Bosnian presidency, should have come in Vienna
as well, but he did not manage to leave Sarajevo, said a spokesman
of the U.S. embassy in Vienna.
U.S. President's special envoy for former Yugoslavia, Charles
