SISAK, May 1 (Hina) - A leader of Serb rebels in the occupied
areas of Croatia and the so-called prime minister of the Krajina
government, Borislav Mikelic, issued an order on forbidding
meetings of war-separated families and entering the "blue zone"
near Moscenica (in the vicinity of Sisak) of Serbs and a few
Croats that have remained in the occupied town of Petrinja and
area of Banija, Sector North.
Speaking on the Serb rebels-controlled radio of Petrinja
Borislav Mikelic stressed that "Serbs do not want to go to talks
in that part of Moscenica, whereas Croats must not."
Mikelic's decree forbids the arrival of those from Petrinja
in the "protection zone" in Moscenica, where in the last
fortnight of April many inhabitants of both free and occupied
parts of Banija met for the first time since the aggression on
Croatia.
