VITEZ, Feb 5 (Hina/HABENA) - In the Lasva valley (Central Bosnia)
1530 babies were born last year, said the Herzeg-Bosnia's News
Agency (HABENA) relying it on the reports issued by the Franciscan
Hospital in Nova Bila near Vitez. These babies lack indispensable
food and milk, said the same source.
The appeal of this hospital is forwarded to all who can help
and send relief aid into this crisi area.
The Lasva valley is the Croatian enclave in Central Bosnia,
now being under siege for months and exposed to attacks of the
Moslem-led Bosnian Army's forces since the December of 1993,
according to the same agency.
