NO DOUBT THAT SERBS KILLED LJUBIJANKIC, SILAJDZIC SAYS

Autor:
ZAGREB, May 29 (Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina's Premier Haris Silajdzic said last night that the Bosnian Government had proof that Serbs had killed four Bosnian officials on Sunday. Silajdzic accused the international community of being accomplice to crimes over Bosnian citizens, and demanded the arms embargo be lifted so that Bosnia can defend itself. "Today Serbs killed our another four men," he said adding that Foreign Minister of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Republic and Federation Irfan Ljubijankic, Deputy Justice Minister of Bosnian Republic and Federation Izet Muhamedagic, an advisor in the Bosnian Embassy in Croatia, Mensur Sabulic, and an escort to the Foreign Minister, Fadil Bekic, were carrying out task, being aware that it included risk. They died heroically, whereas their death was consequence of yet another barbaric act of Serbs, according to Silajdzic. Because of the tragic death of Foreign Minister Ljubijankic, Croatian President Franjo Tudjman sent a letter of condolences to President of the Bosnian presidency Alija Izetbegovic, and Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic sent a message of sympathy to the family of the deceased Ljubijankic, according to Granic's office.
