SARAJEVO, Apr 1 (Hina) - A session of the Bosnian Federation's
Constituent Assembly, scheduled for April 3, is postponed.
In Sarajevo the Assembly's board today held a session, chaired
by Mariofil Ljubic. The board said all preparations for the
Assembly's next session had been successfully finished, but
representatives of the parliamentary parties' benches could not
come to an agreement on the place for the forthcoming session.
Although it had been announced that Assembly's members should
convene in Sarajevo, Croat members asked that the place of the
coming session be Novi Travnik, central Bosnia.
Under present circumstances the Assembly's members could
arrive in Sarajevo only by air, travelling on board UN planes. The
Bosnian capital has been cut off from the rest of the world, while
'blue roads' have been closed, and traffic along the road via Mount
Igman absolutely insecure due to Serb attacks on all vehicles
moving along this route.
