SARAJEVO, April 1 (Hina) - An 11-year-old boy and a man were
wounded in a Serb artillery attack on the centre of Bihac (UN-
declared 'safe haven') yesterday, UNPROFOR headquarters in Sarajevo
reported on Saturday.
UNPROFOR members deployed in western Bosnia confirmed that
fighting intensified yesterday in the region of Velika Kladusa.
Muslim rebel secessionist Fikret Abdic's troops, supported by
the Croatian rebel Serbs, launched a severe infantry attack on the
Bosnian army's positions, east of Velika Kladusa, but did not
succeed in moving the separation line, the same source reported.
There were 369 artillery and mortar detonations in that region
during the same period.
