ZADAR, March 24 (Hina) - An exchange of prisoners-of-war and bodies
of the killed between Croatian side and rebel Serbs, scheduled for
noon today in Zemunik near Zadar, hasn't taken place yet.
The Croatian side shipped 87 Serb prisoners to Zemunik,
expecting the Serb side to set free the same number of Croatian and
Bosnian Croat (HVO) soldiers - but their expectations were foiled.
Croatian PoW exchange commission respresentatives are still
negotiating with their Serb counterparts at a UN check point in
Zemunik.
