ZAGREB, March 15 (Hina) - Croatia's industrial production in
February 1995 was up by 5.7 percent compared to the same period
last year.
The production of raw materials recorded a 6.3 percent
increase, the production of consumer commodities went up by 5.9
percent and capital goods registered 2.5 percent production growth,
the Statistics Bureau said today.
Industrial production in the past two months has increased by
5.8 percent compared to the same period in 1994. Production growth
was up in 19 industrial branches.
The highest increase of 56.6 percent was recorded in oil
products industry, the production of electric machines went up by
27.2 percent and the production of ferrous metals rose by 23,9
percent.
