SARAJEVO, March 3 (Hina) - UN peacekeepers overnight sighted
helicopters flying over a border area near the Drina River in
eastern Bosnia.
A UN spokesman in Sarajevo said today the helicopters
undoubtedly belonged to Bosnian Serbs.
UN Dutch peacekeepers deployed in the eastern Moslem enclave
of Srebrenica were unable to confirm whether the helicopters had
landed inside the UN weapons exclusion zone around the town.
Another helicopter was reported to have been seen over Mount
Majevica in northeastern Bosnia.
The spokesman said that the helicopter had been flying over a
Serb-controlled TV transmitter but that its identity had not been
established.
