MOSTAR, Feb 23 (Hina) - German and Bosnian Federation government
officials have agreed to extend the stay of 270,000 refugees from
Bosnia-Herzegovina in Germany.
The agreement came during a visit by Bosnian Federation
officials, led by Jadranko Prlic, to Germany on 20-22 February.
Bosnian citizens who had entered Germany with Croatian
passports were also covered by the agreement, but they have to
provide verified documentation of Bosnian residency.
The refugees would remain in Germany until opportunities
improved in Bosnia-Hercegovina.
Government officials from both countries signed an agreement
on the employment of Bosnian workers in Germany.
