BOOK ON AIDS PRESENTED AT ZAGREB'S INFECTIOUS DISEASES CLINIC

ZAGREB, Dec 2 (Hina) - A book entitled "AIDS", by Dr Ivan Beus and Dr Josip Begovac, was presented at Zagreb's Clinic for Infectious Diseases on Monday on the occasion of World AIDS Day on December 1. The book, presented under the auspices of the Health Ministry, is designed for students, general practitioners and specialists, but it also contains useful information for AIDS sufferers and their families. Begovac, director of the clinic's AIDS centre, said that a dozen inpatients and about 40 outpatients were currently receiving treatment for AIDS at the clinic. (hina) vm jn 021401 MET dec 96
