WASHINGTON, Nov 21 (Hina) - President of the Republic of Croatia,
Franjo Tudjman, on Thursday received a copy of the English-language
edition of his book "Bespuca povijesne zbiljnosti" published under
the title "Horrors of War", in the Croatian Embassy in Washington
D.C.
When he received the copy, President Franjo Tudjman said that
the English edition had been prepared because the book, just as the
Croatian history, was "exposed to numerous misinterpretations."
This has been the first public appearance of President Tudjman
since he came in the Walter Reed army medical centre in Washington
last week for treatment.
