SARAJEVO, Nov 30 (Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina's three-man

structure of the Council of Ministers, following two-month-long
discussions and enormous pressure of the international community.
A statement, issued after the Sarajevo five-hour-long talks,
said that the Council would be led by two co-chairmen who will
rotate weekly. For the time being they will be a Moslem and a Serb.
There is also the office of vice-chairman that is to be
assumed by a Croat.
The Council of Ministers will include another three ministers.
The minister of foreign affairs will be a Croat, the minister of
civilian affairs and communications will be a Serb, whereas the
minister of foreign trade and economy will be a Moslem (Bosniak).
Each minister will have two deputies from other two nations.
Michael Steiner, a deputy to the international high
representative to Bosnia, voiced satisfaction with acceptance of
this proposal on Saturday evening.
He said persons were to be named who would assume office in
the Council of Ministers. All appointments have to be confirmed by
