SARAJEVO, Nov 30 (Hina) - The office of the international
community's high representative to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Carl
Bildt, on Saturday expressed hope that the Bosnian Presidency
would reach an agreement on establishing a Council of Ministers.
We hope that progress will be made on this issue at the
Presidency meeting in Sarajevo later today, but also that an
agreement on the release of prisoners of war will be reached,
spokesman for the office Column Murphy told a news conference in
Sarajevo.
Murphy recalled that Saturday's session of the three-man
Bosnian Presidency was probably the last one before a London
conference on the implementation of the peace agreement.
He said that the citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina deserved a
government that would be able to assume responsibility for the
accumulated problems.
Murphy welcomed the first ruling by the Hague-based
International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia in the
Drazen Erdemovic case.
He said that all war crimes suspects wanted by the tribunal
should be aware that, sooner or later, they would end up in The
Hague.
Murphy stressed that perpetrators must pay for their
horrible crimes.
