ZAGREB, Nov 14 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament House of
Representatives, Thursday appointed Desa Mlikotin-Tomic as the head
of the agency for protection of market competition.
According to an explanation by the parliamentary election,
appointment and administrative procedures committee, the agency for
the protection of market competition will carry out tasks
concerning the protection of market competition.
The Croatian Parliament establishes the agency, and appoints
the agency's head for four years. Desa Mlikotin-Tomic, is an
associate professor of commercial law and international trade at
the Zagreb faculty of economy.
