'We have agreed neither on the composition of the Council of
Ministers nor on functions of the council's president and we are to
continue the discussion on those items at our next session', a
statement from today's session said.
The Presidency did, however, adopt a temporary rule book.
The Presidency members Kresimir Zubak, Alija Izetbegovic and
Momcilo Krajisnik also discussed a report by Foreign Minister
Jadranko Prlic on the appointment of new officials to Bosnia's
Foreign Ministry, embassies and consulates.
The Presidency members also discussed the forthcoming meeting
on the implementation of the Dayton peace agreement, which is to
take place in Paris.
Zubak, Izetbegovic and Krajisnik expressed deep concern 'with
illegal evictions both in the Federation and Republika Srpska', and
called on the prevention of such acts.
Today's session also resulted in the establishment of a
working group which is to prepare Bosnia's budget draft for 1997.
