The Presidency's members Alija Izetbegovic, Kresimir Zubak and Momcilo Krajisnik continued discussion on the establishment of the joint bodies of authority. After the over three-hour-long session, a statement was issued saying that special attention was paid to the matter of establishing a ministerial council. After being informed by a special working group on forming the council, and the Presidency gave guidelines for further work. Voicing support to groups that were tackling the issue of the return of refugees and the destiny of missing persons, the Presidency said efforts should be intensified aimed at casting more light on the destiny of missing people. It condemned recent destruction of houses of returning refugees in the Serb republic and the Croat-Moslem Federation, demanding from responsible authorities to prevent such incidents. The Presidency received a report by Bosnia's Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic on employment of officials in vacancies within the Foreign Ministry and diplomatic missions.
