The delivery of trailers was being hampered by rain. Eight
trailers from the Stobrec camping site had been transported to
Ston, along with some 50 tons of food, toiletries and large
quantities of plastic cling film for roofs, all supplied by the
Office for Displaced Persons and Refugees and the European
Community Humanitarian Office (ECHO) in Zagreb, Pejkovic said.
He added that the residents of Ston did not want to leave
their village and the Croatian army had set up tents in which the
majority of Ston residents will spend the night.
