ZAGREB, July 2 (Hina) - Croatian Tourism Minister Niko Bulic on
Tuesday held talks with British Ambassador to Croatia Gavin
Hewitt on the need to intensify tourist cooperation between the
two countries.
It was agreed that activities should be coordinated to include
Croatia in programmes of British tour operators, a Tourism
Ministry said in a statement.
In this regard, a delegation of British business people led by
Foreign Office minister Nicholas Bonsor would visit Croatia in
late August.
The British side expressed an interest in investing in the
Croatian tourist industry and hope that British tourists would
return to the Croatian Adriatic Coast next summer.
