SARAJEVO, April 10 (Hina) - The High Representative for the implementation of the peace agreement, Carl Bildt, on Wednesday said that Bosnian Serb representatives would be invited to the donators' conference in Brussels this week-end.
Bildt told a Sarajevo press conference that the Bosnian Serb authorities had complied with the request to free the remaining prisoners-of-war, three days after the Croats and Moslems had done so. The Serbs released three Moslems and would deliver files on 28 war-crimes suspects to the Hague Tribunal.

The 28 were currently held by international police at two
locations near Pale, and would stay there until The Hague Tribunal
decided whether there were grounds for pressing charges.
"We can now say that the Bosnia-Herzegovina delegation at the
Brussels conference will include the premiers of the Republic of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Bosnian Federation and the Serbian Republic
and an additional representative of each entity", Bildt told
reporters in Sarajevo.
