ZAGREB, Feb 8 (Hina) - At the end of a several-day tour to Croatia,
a Korean delegation led by the chairman of KOTRA (Korea Trade
Investment Promotion Agency), Yong Doh Park, Thursday visited the
Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) where they talked with the
chamber head Nadan Vidosevic about possibilities of broadening the
economic cooperation.
Yong Doh Park voiced satisfaction with business talks and
described the visit as "the basis and the first step of the future
economic cooperation between Croatia and Korea."
He added that "Korea had been a destroyed country, as Croatia
has been, with damaged infrastructure and industrial equipment, but
it succeeded in economic revival and progress," and stressed that
Croatia had also good conditions for a speedy economic development.
The Korean delegation visited the Zagreb Fair today as well.
