ZAGREB, Dec 27 (Hina) - The prosecutor's office of the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina has pressed charges against three Arabian
terrorists suspected of planting a car-bomb in Western Mostar,
Federation Interior Minister Mehmed Zilic said Friday.
"We have initiated criminal procedures - two persons have been
detained, while one is on the run", Zilic told Croatian
Television's evening news broadcast "Motrista".
"The prosecutor on Thursday officially confirmed that charges had
been pressed against persons suspected of committing a car-bomb
terrorist attack in Mostar", the interior minister said.
"The way the terrorist attack was carried out indicates
professional terrorists from Islamic countries", Zilic said,
adding that Croat officials at the Ministry of Interior Affairs of
the Bosnian Federation and the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton had
established so immediately after the attack.
Ali Ahmed and Saleh Nadal have been detained in a prison in Zenica,
while the third suspect, Ahmed Zuhair, is on the run.
Yesterday's issue of Sarajevan daily Oslobodjenje brought a
confession by Ahmed who admitted to participation in the attack.
