ZAGREB, Dec 4 (Hina) - The Croatian Government and the OSCE mission
in Croatia are discussing legal frameworks for a successful
implementation of the programme of two-way return of displaced
persons and refugees, Croatian Deputy Prime Minister Ljerka
Mintas-Hodak and OSCE mission chief in Croatia, Tim Guldimann, said
in Zagreb on Thursday.
Talks focused on the "need of avoiding any legal terminology with
discriminatory connotations towards any person, and on the actions
which need to be taken on the ground in order to realise the goals of
the two-way return," Mintas-Hodak said.
OSCE would help Croatia in the realisation of this goal through
certain suggestions and information, she added.
Guldimann expressed satisfaction that the plan for solving
problems of the two-way return had been defined.
