VUKOVAR, Nov 14 (Hina) - Members of the Transitional Police Force
(TPF) in the UN-administered Danube region eastern Croatia will be
wearing Croatian police uniforms with Croatian insignia as of
December 1, Assistant Interior Minister Josko Moric said in Vukovar
on Friday.
They will also be wearing for some time a plate with the name of the
police force written in English.
The visual identity of TPF members will show that they are Croatian
police, while at the same time the plates they will be wearing will
indicate that they are members of a transitional police force,
Moric said after meeting deputy chairmen of the national committee
for the restoration of inter-ethnic trust, Ivica Vrkic and Vojislav
Stanimirovic.
