ZAGREB, Oct 30 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Vlatko Pavletic
on Thursday received the incoming British Ambassador to Croatia,
Colin Andrew Munroe.
Pavletic and Munroe discussed the political situation in the region
of former Yugoslavia, the Parliament's public relations service
said in a statement.
Pavletic pointed out the need for mutual understanding with the aim
of promoting political relations, which is facilitated by the new
British policy established after the election of the new
government.
Munroe and Pavletic discussed opportunities for British
investments into Croatia.
The two also proposed cooperation between the two countries'
parliaments.
