SARAJEVO, Oct 28 (Hina) - A Croat member of Bosnia-Herzegovina's
collective presidency, Kresimir Zubak, on Tuesday said that
Sunday's attack on the Domic family was the latest terrorist act in
a series of such acts directed against Bosnian Croats.
Those attacks threatened both the survival of Croats in central
Bosnia and the implementation of the peace agreement in Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Zubak said in a statement, released in Sarajevo on
Tuesday.
The events in central Bosnia also jeopardized the programme for the
return of refugees and the implementation of municipal elections,
he added.
Zubak asked the interior ministries of the Moslem-Croat Federation
and of the Central Bosnian Canton to quickly and resolutely find and
punish the perpetrator of the latest crime in order to prevent a
large-scale terrorism in the Bosnian Federation.
He called upon international representatives in Bosnia to do their
best so that the unacceptable situation be brought to an end, and
the security and safety of people and their property be
guaranteed.
Zubak said that the media only covered developments in Mostar and
Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, although the violations of human
rights in other parts of the Bosnian Federation were more serious
than events in the Neretva valley.
