SARAJEVO, Oct 21 (Hina) - Representatives at the Bosnian Federation
Parliament's House of Peoples on Tuesday held a session at which
with a majority of vote they adopted acts on the privatization of
companies and flats with tenancy rights.
All adult residents who were citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina on 31
March 1991, and will have residence on the territory of the Bosnian
Federation once the acts come into effect, will in line with the
adopted provisions receive special certificates by which they will
be legally able to participate in the purchase of company shares or
flats.
The acts endorsed today by the House of Peoples were adopted by the
federal Parliament's House of Representatives in June.
The privatization may begin once the drafts of the acts passed today
are identified.
Discussions on a package of privatization laws held at government
and parliament sessions lasted more than one year.
