ZAGREB, Sept 12 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic on Friday
received the newly appointed chief of the Croatian mission of the
Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Tim Guldmann, the
Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Granic acquainted Guldmann with the Croatian government's
procedures in the final phase of the peaceful reintegration of the Danube
region of eastern Croatia.
The mission of the UN transitional administration in eastern Croatia
will terminate on 15 January 1998, Granic said, to be followed by the
presence of the OSCE mission, whose task will be only to monitor, as
stipulated in an agreement between the Croatian government and OSCE.
