ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman received
the head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Robert Frowick,
in Zagreb, the President's office said in a statement on Wednesday.
Frowick notified President Tudjman of preparations for the
conduct of local elections in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
During the talks it was stressed that much had been achieved
and that elections should be fairly conducted, despite current
problems.
Tudjman said that Croatia would continue pursuing its
constructive policy regarding the implementation of the Washington
and Dayton agreements, and he added that an objective and unbiased
approach of the international community should be ensured,
particularly in central Bosnia and Mostar.
Present at the meeting were the President's chief-of-staff,
Hrvoje Sarinic, and advisors Ivic Pasalic and Neven Madey.
