INTERNATIONAL MISSING PERSONS COMMISSION TO HOLD MEETING IN ZAGREB

ZAGREB, March 20 (Hina) - The International Commission on Missing Persons + (ICMP) will meet Friday with representatives of Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Yugoslavia, and + families of to discuss the status of missing persons issues, the ICMP said in a statement + on Thursday. The Commissioners will meet the governmental representatives to the ICMP, + Croatian Deputy Minister Ivica Kostovic, Bosnian Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic, Co-chairman + of the Bosnia Ministers Haris Silajdzic, Chairman of the Bosnian Serb Assembly Dragan + Kalinic, and Presid Yugoslav Commission on Missing Persons Pavle Todorovic. The Commissioners, their advisers and governmental representatives will also + meet represen of family associations from all over the territory of the former Yugoslavia to + hear their v persons issue. The Commission was formed in June 1996 to assist individuals and groups + working on the mis persons issue in the former Yugoslavia. The President of the Commission is a former US Secretary of State, Cyrus Vance. The ICMP cooperates with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the UN + High Commiss for Refugees, the International Police Task Force, the NATO-led Stabilisation + Force, the UN Administration in Eastern Slavonia, the International Criminal Tribunal for the+ former Yugo organisations dealing with the problem of missing persons.
