"We hope that we will resolve this issue at the next session
on Thursday and we will forward the issue to the state parliament
under urgent procedure," co-president of the Council of Ministers
Boro Bosic told reporters.
Another co-president, Haris Silajdzic, said he held that
special relations between Bosnia-Herzegovina and neighbouring
countries should not be an item for discussion on the Bill on
Foreign Trade because they were defined by the Constitution.
The Council of Ministers is expected to adopt a Bill on
customs Tariffs within two days, and thus the fourth out of eight
bills which had been prepared by Bildt's office would be forwarded
to the Parliament, because their adoption presents the basis for
the functioning of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
