ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - At its Thursday session, the Croatian
Government authorized Finance Minster Bozo Prka to sign
letters of intent with foreign banks on issuing collaterals,
which "Croatia Airlines" would use for the purchase of six
AIRBUS 319 planes.
Prka could sign letters of intent with Bank Indo Suez,
KfW and the Berliner Landesbank, on the issuing of collaterals
which Croatia's air company would use to purchase six planes
by the year 2000, as well as for the leasing of planes in the
period between 2000 and 2012.
At its today's session the Government accepted the Report
from the Second Session of the working group for Croatia's
full admission into the World Trade Organizations where
Croatia would, according to Deputy Economy Minister Jasna
Boric, due to specific circumstances request to be treated as
a developing country.
