By Resolution Nr R-1093 (1997), Security Council member
countries unanimously decided to extend the mandate of U.N.
military observers on the Croatian peninsula of Prevlaka, bordering
on Yugoslavia, for another six months, until 15 July 1997.
The current U.N. mandate on Prevlaka expires on 15 January.
