SARAJEVO, June 23 (Hina) - The Croat member of Bosnia-Herzegovina's
Presidency, Kresimir Zubak, and the deputy head of the United
Nations mission to BH, Eric Morris, met in Sarajevo on Tuesday to
discuss the worsening situation in central Bosnia.
The two men focused on the situation in the Travnik area where
incidents are becoming more frequent and the suffering of Croat
returnees is worsening.
A statement from Zubak's office said Morris had announced that his
organisation and the International Police Task Force would
undertake stronger measures to find the instigators of recent
terrorist acts.
A special analysis would be made of past investigations and the
engagement of police bodies.
Zubak and Morris today expressed their concern at the growing
number of other crimes in the central Bosnia region and discussed
the means for resolving current problems and improving security for
residents.
