MEDIA CENTRE REPORTS SEVERAL INCIDENTS & ONE VICTIM IN KOSOVO

( Editorial: --> 9315 ) PRISTINA, June 6 (Hina) - The pro-government Media Centre in Pristina on Friday reported that one Serb was killed yesterday in front of his home in the village of Kostree in the area of Drenica. The man was killed by a group of armed people wearing masks. Late Thursday evening, the police station in the village of Ratkovac, west of Orehovac, came under mortar attack. After the shooting, which lasted several hours, police officers withdrew from the village and the station was completely destroyed. Albanian sources have reported that one Albanian was killed while two other were wounded in Ratkovac on Friday. The Media Centre also reported that the Yugoslav army border units on Friday prevented a group of armed Albanians from illegally crossing the Albanian-Yugoslav border near the watchtower Gorozup, west of Prizren.
