ALBANIAN ARMY PUT ON ALERT

( Editorial: --> 9917 ) TIRANA, April 27 (Hina) - The Albanian Army has been put on alert on the north-eastern border due to the deteriorated situation in Kosovo, a spokesman for the Albanian Army's Second Infantry Division in Kukes, said on Monday. Special groups are monitoring the situation and movements of the Yugoslav Army along the whole length of the Albanian-Yugoslav border, he said, adding the Yugoslav forces were building up near the border. Albania was not sending reinforcement from the inland, neither had it mobilised reserve forces, the official said.
