ZAGREB, March 17 (Hina) - Representatives of the Turkish Cypriot
community on Monday visited Croatia where they were received at the
Croatian Foreign Ministry by assistant minister for Europe and
North America Josip Paro.
A statement from the Ministry said during the unofficial meeting
representatives of the Turkish Cypriot community could outline
their views on the development of the protracted Cyprus crisis and
what they considered to be an acceptable solution.
The Republic of Croatia as a Mediterranean country is attentively
following efforts by the international community to reach a lasting
solution acceptable to both sides, the statement said.
