LONDON TO EARMARK ANOTHER GBP 4 MILLION FOR PROGRAMMES IN BOSNIA

( Editorial: --> 7292 ) LONDON, March 5 (Hina) - The British Government will earmark additional funds for international programmes in Bosnia- Herzegovina, Minister in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Tony Lloyd said on Thursday, in reply to a written query from a Member of Parliament. London will earmark GBP 3 million for the restructuring of police forces in Bosnia-Herzegovina and 1.22 million for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, specifically for its exhumation project for 1998, which is expected to start on April 1. Lloyd said the British funds for the restructuring of the police force would be used with the aim of "developing a democratic police force" in both entities in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
