SARAJEVO, 4 Feb (Hina) - A Croatian Defence Ministry delegation,
led by the head of the production department Zdravko Pavelic, is
paying a two-day visit to the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Croatian delegation is to meet representatives of the
Federation Defence Ministry and factories which produce military
equipment.
During this morning, Pavelic and his associates met with the
leading people of the company 'Promex', which is part of UNIS
concern.
Before the war 'Promex' was known as one of the biggest producers of
weapons and military equipment in the former Yugoslavia.
The purpose of today's talks is to agree on possible cooperation in
the area of military production as well as on joint appearance on
the third markets, Pavelic said.
During the day, the Croatian delegation also visited military
equipment factories in Konjic (50 km south of Sarajevo) and Novi
Travnik and Bugojno (central Bosnia).
On Thursday, the Croatian delegation will hold talks in the
Federation Defence Ministry.
